I am not a big fan of scrap booking. To me it's a bit too much fuss. Anyway, isn't it called a scrapbook because you save your own scraps like travel tickets and pressed flowers, etc? However, I will admit, I am a sucker for design and finding things in unexpected places. So every now and then, I like to go to browse the scrap isles and/or stores. And YES, they do always have something cute. I like design, I like detail, I like pretty things..I just don't like a lot of fuss and wasted money. I don't encourage rapid scraping.
On this trip I found two pretty papers, a cool Tord inspired 3ft felt design, and Amy Butler felt sticker things. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with any of this, but it's PRETTY. I might use the lined paper for signs and such at the Renegade Fair...the felt stickers are inspiring for a project I have in the works...and the trim/garland/whatever is just cool.
